Bitcoin Conference Recap
Trump was speaking at the Bitcoin Conference in Nashville. His speech lasted under an hour and he made some remarkable statements.

TL;DR:
Declared he will make the USA a Bitcoin superpower.
Stated "Bitcoin is going to the moon."
Promised "you will be very happy with me."
Claimed the SEC has stopped pursuing crypto because he will soon be in office.
Vowed to prevent the government from targeting crypto, comparing his situation to being portrayed as a criminal.
Stated "the day I take office, the anti-crypto crusade ends."
Promised to fire Gary Gensler on day one.
Pledged to shut down "Operation Chokepoint."
Promised the government would no longer watch as crypto companies and jobs flee the country.
Announced the creation of a Bitcoin & Crypto Council for transparent regulatory guidelines.
Said he will ban CBDCs but support other USD-based stablecoins to increase USD dominance.
Claimed the current administration, not BTC, is a threat to the dollar.
Mentioned the US government holds 210K BTC and pledged not to sell any Bitcoin.

LumioVM
PontemNetwork is a team of developers nascent to Aptos. They built Pontem wallet, LiquidSwap, and LumioVM.
Recently, they airdropped $LSD (LiquidSwap governance token) and now seem to shift their attention toward their third major product: LumioVM.
Essentially, Lumio enables EVM code to be ran on every chain. As you can see from the graph below. Lumio lives on top of existing chains and allows for EVM, SVM, and MoveVM to be executed.
This framework allows for increased transaction throughput and efficiency. But the Lumio sequencer nodes are also able to handle cross VM communication by catching events on one chain and executing calls on the other.
Solana devnet recently opened and users can deposit testnet SOL to the chain to test it out:

Lumio on Optimism is live on mainnet and users can deposit real ETH here as well:
I am quite bullish on the Pontem team. So far they have delivered solid products, but their focus on Aptos were under-appreciated due to the low popularity of the chain.
Lumio seems to be a good bet on modularity and interoperability and perhaps a new chance of farming a good airdrop.

I’m just sitting on the sidelines doing nothing. BTC is the more interesting market right now and along with it some very strong altcoins such as MKR, JUP, XRP, RAY, OM. If the “index” of the industry (BTC) is bullish, it makes sense to look for relatively stronger coins to scalp if you want to take trades. Remember frens, I’m scalping 1-minute charts here with tight stop-losses - don’t get rekt!
